Bewoners van de Palestrinalaan hebben behoefte aan meer verbinding met medebewoners. Er verhuizen best regelmatig mensen. Dan kan het wel eens lastig zijn om opnieuw contact te leggen met nieuwe bewoners. Om ervoor te zorgen dat nieuwe bewoners kennismaken met de straat én haar bewoners, gaan vrijwilligers langs bij deze nieuwe bewoners. Zo kunnen ze kennismaken met activiteiten, de buurtkamers en de voorzieningen in de wijk Holtenbroek.
Welkom in de Wijk
Door persoonlijke verhalen en ervaringen van vrijwilligers (bewoners die al langer in de wijk wonen) krijgen nieuwe bewoners informatie over de wijk. Ze maken kennis met de buurtkamers waar ze buren kunt ontmoeten en deel kunnen nemen aan activiteiten. Ook maken ze kennis met de ondernemers en organisaties in de wijk.
Zelfredzaam en in verbinding met elkaar
Welkom in de Wijk zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe bewoners ze binnen een korte periode nadat ze in Holtenbroek zijn komen wonen, weten waar ze terecht kunnen met hun vragen en waar ze andere bewoners kunnen ontmoeten. Door ze te verbinden aan de buurt, zelforganisaties of andere professionele organisaties in de wijk. Op basis van de vragen van nieuwe bewoners, wordt gekeken naar passende ondersteuning en activiteiten. Er is een breed netwerk met initiatieven en organisaties die graag willen inspelen op de vragen van nieuwe bewoners. Op deze manier weten de nieuwe bewoners steeds beter de weg naar de juiste voorzieningen.

يحتاج سكان البلسترينالان Palestrinalaan الى مزيد من التواصل مع بعضهم البعض. حالات الانتقال الى سكن آخر وقدوم سكان جدد مستمره بين الحين والآخر لذلك يواجهون السكان صعوبه بالتعرف والتواصل مع الساكنين الجدد لذلك من الضروري تعريف السكان الجدد بالحي وسكانهِ.
يعمل المتطوعون على زياره هؤلاء السكان الجدد ومن خلال ذلك يتمكنون من التعرف على الانشطه وعلى الغرف التي تقام بها اللقاءات والنشاطات بين السكان والتعرف على المرافق الموجوده في منطقه هولتنبروك.
”مرحباً بكم في الحي ”
يتلقىٰ السكان الجدد معلومات عن الحي من خلال القصص الشخصيه وتجارب المتطوعين ( اي السكان الذين عاشوا في الحي لبعض الوقت ). يتم استقبالهم وادخالهم الى غرف النشاطات الاجتماعيه حيث يمكنهم مقابله الجيران والمشاركه في الانشطه المختلفه، كما يتعرفون على الموظفين والعاملين وعلى المنظمات في الحي.

يحرص برنامج ‘مرحباً بك في الحي ‘ ان يُعرف ويوجه السكان الجدد اين يمكنهم الذهاب لطرح اسئلتهم وأينَ يمكنهم مقابله المقيمين ألآخرين في غضون فتره زمنيه قصيره بعد قدومهم للعيش في هولتنبروك وذلك من خلال مساعدتهم على التواصل مع الحي والمنضمات الخاصه، الذاتيه او المنظمات الرسميه الأخرىٰ في الحي.
بناءً على اسئله المقيمين الجدد، يتم أخذ الدعم المقدم والانشطه المناسبه في الاعتبار . هناك شبكه واسعه من المبادرات والمنظمات التي ترغب بالرد على اسئله السكان الجدد.
بهذه الطريقه يتعرف السكان الجدد بشكل متزايد على الطريق الى المرافق المناسبه.
